All Vadai wines are aged in new oak barrels of the world famous Quercus Petrea species of oak
grown in the Zemplen forest of Hungary. The unique flavors from these premium oak barrels
create a fruity flavor, smooth texture and wonderful aromas to these wines. This forest barrel
won the highest recognition in Italy 2007 & 2008. 14 months blind tasting competition against
10 French and 5 American famous Coopers. This testing was done in the famous
Fonterutoli Castle of Marchesi Mazzei Wine Cellars, Italy, a top - ranked wine producer in
the world, publicized in the Decanter World Wine Magazine.
